How do we start cooperating with the Start People temporary employment agency ?

In order to use the services of our temporary employment agency, the user employer concludes a service agreement with the us. The content of the agreement is crucial, since it governs the principles of cooperation between the parties, covering financial settlements, the division of obligations towards the temporary employee, and the most crucial issues regarding his/her future job.

What is the notice period for a temporary employee?

The length of the notice period depends on the length of the contract entered into.

Is the third contract entered into with a temporary employer a permanent contract?

Not, it is not. Article 25 of the Labour Code does not apply to temporary employees. The said Article allows for no more than two consecutive, fixed-term contracts to be entered into between the same parties, stipulating that the third contract to be signed is deemed to be a permanent one. At the same time, no limitations are stipulated with regard to the number of agreements concluded by temporary employees.

Who is responsible for the safety of temporary employees and for any damage inflicted by such an employee?

The user employer is responsible for the safety of the temporary employee since it is the employer who is obliged to guarantee the safety and health of the working conditions at the site he/she designates for the temporary work to be performed. However, the Start People temporary employment agency is responsible for any damage inflicted by a temporary employee.

Are there any jobs which the temporary employer may not perform?
