In the Netherlands, Alex Mulder establishes Unique Uitzendbureau.

1989
For the first time Unique expands internationally opening a branch in Belgium.

1997
Shortly after the shares of Unique International N.V. are introduced on the Amsterdam Euronext stock market the company merges with Goudsmit N.V. (whose shares are already listed).

2001
The group changes its name into United Services Group N.V.

2002
Acquisition of the Start companies operating in the Netherlands, Spain and Italy.

2005
Acquisition of Solvus N.V. The group changes its name into USG People N.V.

2008
Acquisition of Allgeier Personal Services, Germany.
