A temporary employee is employed by Temporary Employment Agency Start People, and then assigned to work for an Employer, namely an external company, this being the agency’s client, for a specified period of time.
A person employed under a temporary employment contract is the agency’s employee and remains under the care of Start People. It is Start People that is a party to the contract and pays your remuneration, social insurance contributions and makes your advance income tax payments.
