Outplacement
Outplacement is a service consisting of professional and comprehensive support for the employer in a situation where employees are laid off. Outplacement focuses on providing assistance to the dismissed employee/employees in their search for new employment.
Start People Professionals offers both individual and group outplacement.
The outplacement programme developed by Start People Professionals consists of a series of meetings, or workshops and consultations, depending upon the specific nature of the group. The programme provides the participants with the crucial knowledge and information which is indispensable to moving about freely on the job market. We also endeavour to provide the participants with assistance and support and methods for handling difficult situations related to losing one’s job and looking for new employment.
Details of the programme are adjusted to the Client’s requirements on each and every occasion, in consultation with the Client and prior to presenting a detailed individual programme. The core principle of our outplacement programme is to activate people who have either lost, or will lose, their current employment in the nearest future, and to stimulate their motivation to seek new professional possibilities or new ways of being employed.
