Principles of cooperation

...in other words, how does it work?

The client and Start People sign a framework agreement specifying the terms and conditions of cooperation.

Start People creates a database of applicants eligible for a specific project (the time required to complete this is contingent upon the size of project, the nature of the posts and the location).

The Client sends their order by mail or fax (the order should include, at the very least, details regarding the type of work intended for the temporary employees, the qualifications required, the planned starting date, information on the remuneration for each temporary employee).

Start People signs contracts with the temporary employees and, following a compulsory medical examination, assigns them to work in your company. Start People employs temporary employees on the basis of fixed-term employment contracts or employment agreements concluded for a period of time during which a specific job will be carried out (pursuant to Dz, U. [Journal of Laws] 166 item 1608).

You can modify the number of temporary employees and deadline for completing services specified in previously placed orders at any time (subject to notice periods).

The employees’ working time is calculated on the basis of the timesheet you send to Start People after the month has been closed (we also offer our clients the option of utilising our ready-to-use timesheet, which can be sent by our coordinator).

Start People issues an invoice containing a detailed breakdown of costs and the Start People fee.

Start People pays the temporary employees remuneration on, or prior to, the tenth day of each month (by bank transfer).

The client’s assessment of the quality of services rendered during and after the completion of an order is a source of valuable information to Start People. Our Office Manager and Account Manager will thus systematically collect your comments regarding the ongoing fulfilment of the order and the standard of its implementation.
