Start People Polska - Ready to Face New Challenges

The temporary work market in Poland develops systematically. This, increasingly more popular form of employment, has already gone beyond the sphere of manual labour being more and more often used to fill medium and even top level positions. A natural consequence of that state of affairs is progressing specialisation on the market of temporary employment, recruitment, selection and personnel counselling services.
In Start People Polska we observe that positive trend and do our best to efficiently and flexibly adjust to the new market realities. That is why in recent months we made numerous changes to fine-tune our activities enabling us to provide to our clients and temporary employees services of the highest possible quality.
Above all, we began the new year by introducing Start People Professionals, the new personnel counselling services brand which replaced Accea.
The change has been an element of the adopted development strategy involving creation of a robust and well-integrated portfolio of easily recognisable brands specialising in the range of temporary employment, recruitment, selection and personnel counselling services. Such a strategy allows us to offer highly diverse services, while maintaining the highest level of specialisation and delivering a guarantee quality of the support provided.
In 2009 we also took another step towards comprehensive quality management, creating the specialised Quality and Development Department of Start People Polska. The task of this newly created unit is to continuously streamline company’s internal processes. Thanks to that we will be able to consistently improve the quality of the support we provide for our clients and temporary employees.
Furthermore, we re-organised internal structure of our company. The new structure enabled us to quickly integrate sales processes throughout Poland, ensure a sustainable development of individual brands, improve internal communications and monitoring of the actions taken.
Al these rapid changes implemented in Start People Polska are our response to the new needs of the market. All that means that we have entered the year 2010 ready to face any new challenges that the already unstable economy may bring.
